Rhys Patchell starts for Wales against Ireland in final World Cup warm-up
Scarlets fly-half Rhys Patchell will comprise in 15 changes being shown by a Wales team .
Patchell suffered an injury-hit effort year and has not made a Exam start since June last year.
Wales head coach Warren Gatland has named a team for Dublin, changing it entirely from the side defeated at 22-17 by Ireland final weekend.

Gatland said:”That is our final prep game, so it is important we get sufficient rugby into us and get rugby-ready ahead of our RWC opener against Georgia, that is just over two weeks away.
“It is significant we hit the ground running in Japan and we give the players plenty of time on the area.
“Saturday is the first time that these players would have brought to the area as members of the RWC squad.
“It has been a huge week, and it is a large chance for gamers to place their hand up and protected spots for the starting XV in Japan.”
