QuikTrip 500: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for 2019 race
Last week, NASCAR hosted its largest event of the year in the Daytona 500, and it was about as unpredictable as you could expect.Denny Hamlin, a guy known as a king of the restrictor-plate races, took home the triumph as a massive crash knocked out a huge portion of the field down the stretch.
There will be sins on the track as racing starts this week.
Kevin Harvick is your favored at 4/1 odds with eight top-10 finishes in his last 10 races and two career wins over the track there. While Busch also includes five top 10s in his last 10 races and two wins at AMS Joey Logano and kyle Busch equally have 6/1 chances. Logano has no wins, but four top-10 finishes.
And while Martin Truex Jr. and Brad Keselowski may get lost in the shuffle, they are more than powerful in Georgia.
This week, so who wins? Kyle Larson is due for a win, although it might be foolish to choose against Harvick. The 26-year-old went without a triumph last season, but Atlanta would be the place for him. Larson has three top-10 finishes and another place finish in five career races at AMS.
