Caroline O’Hanlon returning to Superleague champions Manchester Thunder
Northern Ireland captain Caroline O’Hanlon is currently Coming into the Vitality Netball Superleague champions Manchester Thunder.
The center is the most up-to-date signing for the 2020 campaign of Thunder, carrying the number of titles declared to seven.
O’Hanlon captained the Northern Ireland side who finished 10th at the Netball World Cup in July in Liverpool and shooting her Football team to the quarter-finals of their All Ireland Championships.
Talking about committing to Thunder for 2020, O’Hanlon stated:”I’m thrilled to sign on with my third year at Thunder following such a fantastic year last year.
“We have the best fans in the league and it’s an absolute privilege every time that I get to reflect this particular franchise. I can not wait to get back in court and defend our title.”
Head coach Karen Greig is over the moon to possess her”lynchpin” O’Hanlon back for one more season.
“Caroline is a key signing for us now and I’m delighted to have her back with us for the following year. The previous two seasons she has become a lynchpin for us – the control and speed she provides us in attack can be unstoppable. I can’t wait to work with her and see her venture with Ash Neal grow”
