On the rail – Antonio Esfandiari and World Champion Joe Hachem buys a fan in to the Bay 101 Shooting Star Main Event
Last Sunday night could have been life changing for Restaurateur Alexander Hult when Big One for One Drop winner Antonio Esfandiari and World Champion Joe Hachem came by his restaurant Hult`s Restaurant in San Jose for a meal, the day before the Main Event of the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star took place.
That being said, it’s not like Esfandiari and Hult are complete unknown to each other, they go back to when Hult lived in Las Vegas.
Hult wanted to treat them to dinner, but they refused though. Hult was having none of that as he insisted to treat them to a meal especially since Antonio always had been good to him back when he was new to Las Vegas.
Hult got his way, and was pleased to treat an old friend and a former WSOP ME Champion to a free meal, but the story didn`t end there. The pair decided they wanted to buy Hult in to the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Main Event for $7,500!
Needless to say Hult was over the moon, as you can see from his Facebook post below.
Kudos to Antonio Esfandiari and Joe Hachem, this is stuff that legends are made of!
